Awful product. Took over three weeks to get help from customer service. Definitely will never use them again.

Not only did I receive the wrong order after 4 weeks, but after trying to contact customer service multiple times this last week, I have not received a single response on how to rectify the problem with my order. Would not recommend purchasing this product.

Very disappointed, the socks are unusable. It was a present for my friend, I ordered an M for him and it was difficult for him to pull them (his size is 10). My size is an 8, I have a narrow foot, but I couldn't have worn it either because it was too tight (at the level of the leg lift). To console myself I tell myself that at least my money will be used to feed an animal

Do not order from this company! They are impossible to get ahold of! I’ve left about 5 emails, no one has reached out. I placed my order a month ago, only received one item out of 3 and no one has contacted me to what’s going on! I’m to the point I’ll have to take it up with my bank because they owe my 100$ or the things I ordered

Wonderful product, but exceedingly slow delivery — ordered with the expectation of delivery by Christmas, which seemed to be what the solicitation was suggesting. The blankets however were not delivered until 7 January. Understand though that the delivery was perhaps out of pupsocks control. Love the blankets with our three pups faces though and the larger size is terrific.

I paid extra to have two images on the socks. One of the images printed dark so you can hardly make out the face of my pup -- it makes it so that the socks arent even funny or cute, just odd. They also took a month to get delivered, so super late for Christmas. Really disappointed overall.

I ordered on 12/9 and received my blanket on12/28 with the wrong dog's face. I have emailed 3 times and contacted on facebook and have not been contacted by customer service to make a correction. Do not order from this company. This was a gift that was never able to be given.

We were initially excited about this product but then there was a continuous delay. The socks never made it to Christmas. We finally received the sox ten days later. We are very dissatisfied with the poor quality of the material especially what we had to pay for the socks. I would not recommend this company.
