The mask I ordered is amazing
The mask I ordered is amazing. They separated the background of the pictures and just used my 3 dog’s faces. The only problem is I ordered December 3rd and received it today, March 4th. Because of covid it took months but product is fantastic.

Swing and a miss
Was really excited to gift my boyfriend socks with our pets faces on them this past Christmas. I ordered the socks on Black Friday and still didn't receive them until days after Christmas. When I did finally receive them, my heart literally sank when I unpackaged them. The quality is terrible and the socks look nothing like the photos. The quality reminds me of something you'd order from Wish. They look ridiculous when you wear them - they're not contoured at all so they're bunchy; baggy on the feet and tight in the leg. The material is really strange and plastic-y. I don't even know how to describe it, they don't fit or look like any sock I've seen before, and I enjoy novelty socks. I was embarrassed to even give them to my boyfriend and almost didn't. He was ultimately a good sport about it and we both laughed, but it really did bother me. He never wears them and I don't blame him. What I was hoping would be a thoughtful gift turned out to be a joke. I considered ordering some for my parents and am so glad I didn't.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company! The product fits SUPER weird for socks. I ordered with the intention of getting them by Christmas, as their website stated. I received them in February, after speaking to customer service they gave me a standard copy and paste reply with one arrival date, and I found two other shipping/arrival dates on their website. So I was told 3 different shipping/arrival dates in total, none of which were correct. It's unfortunate but this small business is in over their heads and clearly put money first and customer-care second.. No refund, return, exchange or compensation for 3 months worth of head aches..

Placed an order in November and to date…
Placed an order in November and to date March 1st I have still not received my order. I asked for another pair to be sent federal express since other pair is held up in shipping and same thing will happen with another pair and the CEO refused. I asked for a full refund and also was told no since they are sending me a replacement order. I think it’s ridiculous to have to wait 4 months to receive a purchase. All communications have been initiated by myself, never has the company reached out to me to explain why I haven’t received my order. No phone number to call to even talk to anyone. Never again will I order from this company.

Ordering all my gifts here
I’m about to order my third gift for someone in two months from Pupsocks and I couldn’t be happier with the products. The blanket is very soft and high quality as are the socks- the socks are no joke, they’re thick and very good quality so be prepared if you live in warmer weather. Very happy with everything I’ve ordered. Thank you!!

These are a joke! A bad one.
Ordered in November, after much drama finally arrived late Feb - and they’re awful! Bad cropping, didn’t follow instructions, lots of bad misprinting on the socks and they are unwearable - this is not a sock! Fabric is so thick it bunches on top of foot and the toe area is oversized. There’s no way you could comfortably wear these. Overpriced garbage be warned!

Socks are Great, Delivery Time was Awful
Great: The socks themselves Awful: Delivery time to Canada. Details: Placed original order December 3rd. Shipper lost the original pair, so a second was dispatched on Jan 13th. It arrived this week (Feb 22). Just want everyone's expectations to be realistic.

Never received the product
UPDATE: after several emails that went unanswered I wrote this bad review and then suddenly I received an email, and an actual order came shortly afterwards. It’s just in time for Easter! Four and a half months after ordering. I am happy with the product that arrived and I’m happy that it wasn’t a scam. If you choose to order be sure to follow up on the order and give them lots of time. Ordered a few pairs of Custom socks for Christmas ordered them in November 2020 but now it’s February 2021 and I still have not received them I have emailed several times about this and have not received an answer however I did get this email asking me to do a review so here I am doing a review I really feel like this company is a scam I would not order custom socks from them they do not answer their emails and they do not produce the product that was paid for.
