The image was perfect. The fit of the sock left little to be desired as it tight around the ankle but lose at the feet.

The design is super flexible and the result is really fun, BUT the quality of the fabric is terrible, so the result is that we don't wear the socks at all...

Love the customs face masks!! We put a puppy and a pig on the face masks and they look awesome. Customer service was amazing- the order was shipped but the masks did not arrive. They sent out a new order that arrived in less than a week at no charge. Love this company!

Worst customer service and NEVER DELIVERS on orders. I ordered a set of socks back in November, after the shipping information was given the Delivery Status sat on "Information received" on December 3rd, and has sat there ever since. I have sent an email and never received a reply... Waste of money and time. So much for a personalised gift for a family member, guess they can go without. Because I'm honestly furious at the lack of professionalism from this company.

As of today 14 March 2021 I still have not received socks ordered in October 2020. Ordered for my daughter for a Christmas present, received a pair of socks in December, wrong colour and a dog that was not my daughters. Then got a sent a picture of the socks they said they’d send, still not received. Frequently emailed for an update and emails would bounce back, had to really hunt to find the contact email. Hoping the socks will arrive soon and maybe can update this review.

I had written a review on here about how they shipped me the wrong order and they said they would refund me and they never did. They responded to my review on here telling me to email them and they never responded AGAIN. They are just responding on here to make it seem like they’re doing the right thing but they are not. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I love the socks and the feel but they are not ideally shaped, so they bunch up while on my feet. I ordered my ‘size’ but find them too big for my feet. The person I also bought them for says the same thing- that they are made big. Maybe go down a size???
