Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Ordered Pupsocks on 12/1 with 8-10 days shipping guaranteed. Order just shipped yesterday and now not arrive until 12/24 when I will have left for Christmas already. Messaged them 2 times a week ago with no response. Wasted 50 bucks on 2 custom socks that wont arrive in time.

Received wrong order
Took a month to receive custom socks. They arrived with a random cat face instead of my dog. Two weeks later and I’m still waiting. Surely won’t be here by Christmas.

1 item great, missing 3 others :(
Love the item I ordered, but unfortunately it was only 1 of 4 items I ordered. The rest did not come.. I am super disappointed :(

I’m still waiting for my order
I’m still waiting for my order, I ordered two separate orders over two weeks ago and when I track them it says they’ve just shipped… nothing more. So at this point I’m not impressed…

Poor customer service
I placed an order on November 30th and I received a notification that it was shipped on December 4th. It is now December 19th and I still have not received it. I have been checking for updates from UPS using the tracking number provided, but there has not been any update. It says "Shipment Ready for UPS." I reached out to the Customer Service team twice and no response. Poor customer service.
