NEVER GOT MY ORDER!

Haven't got my order. It was never shipped

Ordered two pairs one pair came perfect the other picture had two people male and female with instructions to do the socks with just the males face and they did just the females face I've tried to get in touch with customer support and still haven't received a reply. If rectified I'd change my review but as of now. 👎

The socks turned out wonderful.

The socks and mask turned out so adorable!! I can't wait to give them to the people I bought them for.

Sent me the wrong order. That means someone else will also be disappointed that they didn't get the correct personalized gift. There's no way now I will get what I needed in time for Christmas. And the website feedback kept spinning and wouldn't allow feedback. And an email sent to customer service remains unanswered. I will have to do a charge back with my credit card company. It appears I'm not the only one this happens to often.

I was very happy how they turned out. I ordered 3 pairs with 3 different dogs and they were all very adorable.

I ordered socks late November and received an email that they shipped in 12/4. UPS update still shows 2 weeks later that the order was never picked by UPS. I have sent three email inquiries and no response.
