I received the wrong pair of socks from PupSocks after waiting 2 1/2 weeks. I contacted them immediately with a picture of the socks I received and my order number. They said they would contact me within 3 days. It’s been longer than 3 days and I still haven’t heard back. I paid over $20 for one pair of incorrect socks and was really hoping for this Christmas present from my husband. I’m really hoping to be contacted so I can get the right pair or get a refund.

Ordered a custom blanket and socks for my wife on Black Friday. Within 7 business days got the blanket, no socks. Blanket was okay, the aesthetic was weird, no interaction on how it would look, just random ass placement of our dogs’ heads on the whole blanket. And was unhappy with the results. Would not have approved it they had sent a mock-up first. 5 emails to “customer service” no actual reply for weeks, 3 weeks and not a single email about resolving the issue. But 72 emails trying to get me to buy more even though I STILL HAVEN’T EVEN RECEIVED WHAT I PAID FOR ORIGINALLY! Same bullsh*t response that they are busy, and covid, and blah blah. Got the blanket within a week tho, so how bad are operations that I still haven’t gotten the custom socks I ordered weeks ago and gopupsocks has still not responded to getting charged for everything but only getting half my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

I still haven’t received my order after a month and pupsocks have stopped replying to my queries. Lost my money and would like to file a formal complaint.

The size was too big. They were for my 8 year old daughter. Not as cute as shown on website. Great idea and great concept but I was a bit disappointed.

Did not get the order don’t order from them they will rip you off I will be getting a lawyer to see what I can do

The idea is great and the prints of the dogs came out good. But the fit of the socks makes them unwearable. The toe and calf areas are ok,but the heal area is much tighter and does not stretch enough. The size medium fits right in my wife’s size range, but as I stated, the fit of the socks at the heal make the unwearable. A shame considering the cost

It took longer than expected, but I finally got my order. I will say that their customer service isn't the best. I tried to contact them about my order by email, but they went unanswered. I placed my order on November 27th, received shipping notification on December 1st, and I finally received it on December 18th. The order was correct and looked great. I'm sure they are busy with the holidays, but they need to do a better job at communication. If they would just put a message on their website, or answer emails, I'm sure more would have a positive experience.
