GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

The socks I ordered are not the socks I got. My dogs are not on the socks I received. I’m extremely disappointed and would definitely not recommend this company. I submitted a question about getting a refund or to get them to send me the right order but I have not gotten a response.

They came exactly as expected! I do wish that I would've been able to see a test print or something for peace of mind, but I was very happy with the socks!

Product was exactly as ordered. Arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Would order again.

Ordered product for a Christmas gift. Been over 6 weeks and no delivery. Customer service is non existent after many many attempts. I did get one reply saying it shipped, thats it. Canada Post said its lost yet no refund or anything. Stating this the worst customer service I have seen would be an understatement. Good luck if you place an order with them.

Cutest gifts for ALL pet lovers 🥰 PupSocks makes the BEST magic from your fur-baby’s adorable pics!! You won’t be disappointed 😉🐾

I've been trying to get a hold of them regarding in order seemingly lost. I've messaged multiple times on facebook, and emailed once. When I emailed on December 11th, I was told I get a response within 72 hours. As of December 19th, no response. I'm not sure of the quality, I'm just talking strictly customer service.

The blanket met expectations and was absolutely adorable.

Received the wrong item, communication with the company seems to be impossible. Paid way too much money and waited too long for processing and shipping only to get the wrong product. I'm assuming I got someone else's socks and they got mine, so there's likely another customer annoyed and waiting to have PupSocks fix the problem. Whenever I hear back from the company I will be cancelling the order since it was a gift and will no longer be here for Christmas. I'm very disappointed because I was so excited to give these as a gift.
