Hi Mihai, Thanks for your feedback! We are terribly sorry you did not receive your package as anticipated. Besides it being the holiday season, COVID affected our shipping timeframes tremendously. I noticed you were in Romania, and International orders can take up to 15-20 business days for you to even receive your product after production. Unfortunately, transit delays are out of our control.
