Bea
I ordered a pair of socks for a friend who recently lost her dog as a little tribute to him. They are absolutely perfect! The quality of the image and background design work so well together! Great customer service and quick shipping too. Thank you!

Hi Bea, That's awesome. We are so glad you included us in your special gift! We appreciate your business! Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team
Michelle
They are really cute socks - well done with the image cropping. BUT, the actual sock material, shape, etc. is horrible. I don't think you could even call them "socks", they're like two long pieces of fabric sewn together. Completely unwearable.

Hi Michelle, Thank you for your feedback! We are extremely glad you loved your image cropping and design. I'm terribly sorry, you weren't satisfied with your quality. Our products are usually comfy, lightweight, and fit perfectly based on the size selected. We make our socks with the intention of them being novelty socks that can be worn. Because we are customer-focused, we would love for you to please give us a 2nd chance to "pup-your-socks off". Please go to Gopupsocks.com and use "Trust20" on any other of our custom-made products! We want and appreciate your business! Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team 🌟

I have ordered Pupsocks several times as gifts and they are fantastic. I'm always a little nervous because you do not get to see a preview but have not been disappointed yet. They have all turned out so cute!

Quality lower than expected including image printing. Plus took more than a month to be delivered.

I ordered socks with a picture of my mom's dog who has recently passed. The material is unlike any clothing material I have ever seen - very slick and shiny. I just assumed the socks would be a cotton or cotton blend. Also, when the socks arrived they had some snags directly on the picture of my mom's dog. They're pretty bad and I was hoping to give them to her for Christmas, but with the late delivery (it was communicated they would be late, and I also understand the world is experiencing production and shipping delays) coupled with the poor design, I don't even know if I will use them. I'm going to reorder them through a different company that my friend had success with.

I ordered socks in plenty of time for a birthday present and a week after the oder (Dec) they said it wouldn’t arrive in time. The birthday was on Jan 15, it is now Feb 8 and no sign of them. Maybe it‘ll be an early Xmas present? For $30 for one pair of socks that are still not here months later, it’s not worth it
