The first order was too dark and grainy so I sent pictures of the socks and blanket for verification and they jumped right on it. After I sent them a better photo of our pet, they promptly made a new set of sent it right out to us. Couldn't be happier about the service and product!

Not sure how they got 3 stars because these guys are total crooks - see FB reviews. I ordered this in early Nov for a Christmas present. I got a confirmation email that it would take 12-15 business days - so I had lots of buffer before Christmas. It's now 8 Feb and no delivery. I also emailed them twice and no response. Crooks.

Ordered several pairs of socks for my daughter and nieces as stocking stuffers for Christmas. All orders shipped quickly and stalled 5 days later. Tried contacting PupSocks several times. No response. Socks sat idle thru the holidays and several weeks afterwards. Finally got a response from PupSocks. Replacement socks and expedited shipping…same result. Finally, after lodging a complaint thru PayPal, I (suspiciously) received all of the socks including the first order on the exact same day (first week of February). Socks are low quality and the crops are different on 2 pair of socks for the same dog. Weird. Granted, shipping MAY have been out of their control, but the customer service at this company is nonexistent. Luckily, PayPal refunded my money. 5 stars for PayPal!

Delivery was delayed by close to 4 months. Supposed to have been a Christmas gift and ordered months before Christmas and the just arrived within the past week at the end of January

Still have not recived my order. I ordered in November (as a christmas present), but have still not recived it. I tried to contact them in Chat in Desember, but did not even get a reply. My order still says processing. I just want a refund at this point.
