I will never order here again. I put my order in with what I was told woukd be plenty of time for Christmas and they showed up 10 days after. That would not have been a problem if they were the socks I actually ordered. Wrong color and not my dog. I have sent 3 emails to follow the process to get the socks I ordered and I have not received a response. I can see now why they are a red flag for the Better Business Bureau.

The quality is pretty bad, they are not made like normal socks at all. The sizing is way off. They did a good job with the photos but that is really it. They also took about three weeks+ to arrive.

The blankets and socks looked great, for the most part. The pictures I uploaded to be used were exactly the images on the blankets. Unfortunately, the one picture was too light and it is not seen well on the socks. I wish I would have known it would not show up well. My advice is to use a picture that is bright and clear- do not use a picture that has low light. Additionally, the products did not come by Christmas yet the shipping and handling prices were incredibly high so I am disappointed in that. It wasn't until I paid for the items that I got a notification that the chances of the products coming by Christmas were slim and they said that it was due to issues within the shipping companies.

I ordered the socks prior to Christmas as a gift. Delivery was scheduled for a few days prior. Socks never came. It is now 8 January and they are still missing. I have emailed (about a week ago) and have not heard anything from the company. Can’t review the product as it never came, but so far poor customer service.
