The idea is super cute and the design was nice, they did a great job cutting out the pups face and printing it on the socks.. it looks great. But the sock itself is terrible. The fabric isn't soft or comfortable, so while the print is nice, the socks themselves aren't wearable. Also, runs large.

Ordered on 12-13 when the site said 2 days of production time. Didn’t make it in time for Christmas. Wish they were thoughtful enough to share a cut off date so people could make a choice to order or not. Socks are cute but fabric is a little weird. Wouldn’t order again—customer service chat never answered back despite a promise of a few hours. You can find other more responsive companies with the same offering.

I ordered socks as a gift on 12/11. My status showed that on 12/21 it was going to be mailed out. My brother has yet to receive his gift, and also when I go to the tracking info for the product it still has yet to be shipped! I have contacted pup socks twice the last week and a half on different days to either get a full refund or get my brother his socks ASAP and they never responded to either contact attempts. They stole my money, never responded to my attempts to get the issue resolved, and have yet to receive the product. beware

I purchased 2 pair. While the socks look adorable they are made from a strange fabric that seem to run quite small and cut right across the top of your foot(just below the ankle where the fabric covering your foot blends into the fabric going up your ankle). Having said that it was a waste of almost $70 since they will stay in a drawer, unworn. Look super cute, but complete waste of money.

These socks looked super cute and I was really excited to receive them. However, when I did they were photo of dogs I did not recognize. These were not the photos I provided. I sent an email to fix this over a week ago but have not been able to receive a response from the company.

Despite ordering well before cut off to arrive by Christmas order arrived 5 days after Christmas. When order hadn’t shipped by Dec 18th I reached out to Customer Service to inquire what was going on and did not receive a response. When it become apparent the socks were not going to arrive before Christmas I reached out again and still have not received a response. There are other companies doing the same thing that are hopefully better run.

The socks themselves, are awesome! My mom got me a pair with my dog's face and I absolutely love them. My most recent order however was for a co-worker as a belated Christmas present. I knew at the time of ordering it wouldn't arrive before Christmas and I was fine with that. I ordered 12/15, my order shipped 12/21, and now 1/8 I still have not received my order. When I ordered through PupSocks there was no way to select any kind of expedited shipping, which I would have done. I followed the tracking number per the email from PupSocks and it took me to UPS. Apparently the shipping is a Mail Innovations number and via the Live Chat with customer service, my package is at an UPS facility in my town grouped with many other packages of the same type and it can take 7 to 14 days for them to sort through and get them out for delivery. This is incredibly frustrating that I had no say in how I wanted to proceed with getting my order shipped and I hope in the future that PupSocks will add shipping options for the customer to choose from.

My husband said this was one of the best gits I ever gave him. I ordered a pair with a picture of our sweet Puma kitty who crossed the Rainbow Bridge in Dec 2019. When he opened the package, he got all choked up. It was such a great surprise, and the quality of the socks and image were even better than expected. Will definitely order again.
