I ordered 2 pairs of socks as gifts. Both pets turned out perfectly on the socks. What a fun gift to give.

Order took over a month to receive. I was sent the WRONG item with someone else’s pet printed on it! And I still have yet to get any response to my emails. No customer service. AWFUL experience! Buyers beware!

The socks weren't quite as soft, form-fitting, or elastic as I like, but the colors and pictures came out wonderfully! I'm sure there are some compromises to be made between these qualities. I got myself and my parents all a pair with our respective pets and we all love them! Overall, I would definitely buy them again, and they are a great way to memorialize our fluffy family members :)

I ordered 2 pairs of socks, was billed for 2 pair and only received 1 pair, Customer service never responded through email or chat and there is no phone number. I will have to deal with this through my credit card company.

Ordered a custom blanket and it looks amazing. Very happy with my purchase. Only giving 4 stars though due to slower shipping than advertised. Took 23 days to receive. Other than that, extremely happy with purchase and would recommend to others.

I would not recommend PupSocks to anyone. the lack of viewing your order before submitting it is very wrong. I received someone else's order, OR they were just lazy and sent me a generic pair of socks. The socks show on their website to have a heel, but the socks I received had no heel, were extremely long and horrible fabric, the fabric is slick, nothing I would want my husband to wear. When I reached out via email it took over 10 days to get a response, and they didn't even ask any questions, they simply took it upon themselves to say they were sorry my order was INCOMPLETE????? WHAT THE HECK it wasn't incomplete, it was totally wrong. They then just placed another order FOR ME not asking me if that was okay. I just want a refund since here it is the first week of January and I had to purchase socks somewhere else in order for my loved one to have the socks i wanted them to have for Christmas DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

The image on the socks is nice but the quality of the socks is horrendous. I'm not even sure I would call the sock material a fabric. It has no stretch and feels like the material of a plastic grocery tote. These were a gift for a friend but I'm too embarrassed to give them to her.
