The socks took a month to arrive. Customer service never responded to my inquiries except for an automated message saying they would look into it. Socks were fine but arrived well after Christmas, too late to give as gift. Look elsewhere for this easy to find item.

Excellent products! Terrible Customer service!!! I ordered Socks, Blanket, and face mask via their GUARANTEED 2 DAY arrive by Christmas guarantee. I paid extra for this service. They shipped on time to make Christmas delivery but they did not ship with two day service. They used the slowest option available. My Wife's Christmas presents arrived 6 days after Christmas. I have used their website to send several messages to Customer service to get a refund for my shipping costs to no avail. I have had no follow up contact from them except for their generic Someone will be in touch soon. It has been 14 days now with no response! Ridiculous!!!

Socks were pretty good but the faces of the pets were pretty dark even though the picture was not that dark.

I ordered these socks for our Christmas stockings and the order said they would be received prior to Christmas. I didn’t receive them until January 5th. Also I was very disappointed in the quality. The fabric is awful for a sock and in regards to construction, they aren’t even shaped like socks. They are unwearable.

I purchased a pair of socks for Christmas and never received my order. Unfortunately the customer service for this company is very poor. I have reached out via email four times and have received no response. Not only am I disappointed not being able to give my daughter her Christmas present. I am also upset that I spent $27 and will probably never see the socks or my money again. Unfortunately they do not have a customer service number so reaching someone is impossible.

It took several weeks for my order to arrive and it ended up arriving late (after Christmas) which was really disappointing. Pup Socks advertises fast shipping, but it was not fast at all and it takes weeks just for their customer service to respond to an email inquiry. Additionally, I was really disappointed in the quality/material of the socks and the sizing was extremely wide. I’ve ordered similar socks from another company before and the quality was excellent. I would not order from Pup Socks again.

The socks I ordered for a Christmas gift were awesome!! They look just like our French Bulldog “Remi”. My husband loves them. Thanks so much!
