The website said if order placed by December 7th will receive by Christmas, that did not happen. The quality of the socks (softness) is not the greatest. I saw a pair that my niece ordered from Etsy and wished I had ordered from there. Sorry, I was but very disappointed :(

Got a mask made for my sister as a gift and she loved it!! The material is great and the pic of the dog looked perfect! I recommend PupSocks for any dog moms you know!

I wish I had product to review but this review is based upon multiple emails with ZERO reply. My order shipped in a timely manner but it's somehow stuck in Alaska and has been since December 22 (or so the tracking says). Of course I recognize once an order has shipped, there is little a shipper can do but responding in ANY manner would have at least pacified me... I suggested RE-PURCHASING the order and PAYING some expedited shipping charge just to get the order delivered but after 2 follow up emails to the company, I have still had no contact with anyone from the company... "Due to an influx of holiday orders and inquiries, response times may take up to 72 hours." This was the reply on Tuesday December 28th, it is now January 7th.

Ordered 6 pairs of socks and paid extra for shipping to arrive before Christmas with a money back guarantee. The socks did not arrive until New Years Eve. I reached out to customer support on 12/26 and again on 12/30 since I still had not received my order, but I have yet to receive a response from them and it’s 1/7. The images of the pets on the socks looked perfect, the material of the sock itself is thinner than I expected. But overall the sock does look good. I just wish their customer support was more responsive since I paid extra for a promised delivery date or money back guarantee, which does not seem to be a true statement.

I had ordered PupSocks for my family last year for Christmas and loved them. This year I ordered them for a friend. She has a black lab and the picture didn't turn out at all. It looked like white material with black blobs. I was disappointed that no one contacted me to say this picture isn't going to work. Poor quality control.

**2/3/22 update: So, in fairness, they did eventually fix the order. Their customer service response time was slow, but they did get it done. I received the correct order today and am happy enough with the product itself. Adding a star, even though reading about the frequency of this problem with other customers still means I'd remain quite wary of this company. Original review: The order was a little slow to arrive (about two weeks longer than advertised on the site), and when it did, it was the wrong order. I received socks printed with someone else's dog (I ordered socks with two bunnies). I replied to the email confirming my order to request they remedy the situation and it came back undeliverable. I've sent a request through their chat feature on the site (which they say will generate a reply within hours) and only received an auto-reply saying they have a high volume of service emails currently (not surprising if they are sending out incorrect orders to folks) and can't respond right now. I've found another email address for them and tried that, with no response after 3 days. Their website says to return any misprinted items within 7 days in order to get a refund but I am not going to incur additional shipping expense even if I was guaranteed they will fix their mistake, which so far seems unlikely (will update my review if this is remedied). I assume it will be difficult to get a refund from this company for my unfulfilled order given their lack of communication, overreliance on automation, and shipping disarray. I now see they have had numerous complaints to the Better Business Bureau and a low rating here, and I wish I'd done my homework ahead of time. If you want socks with random animals on them, go for it, but if you want socks with your pet on them, I'd highly suggest another service.

The picture came out to be a black blob. I'm super disappointed!

I never received my order and the support team has not emailed me back. Still trying to get a refund
