I submitted my claims online and then called customer service two days later. Emily Briggs was absolutely amazing and such a wonderful help. She helped expedite Tucker's claims and I could not be happier with her professionalism and friendliness. She was a pleasure to speak with and I am so happy you have such caring service reps who truly care about our pets. A++++++++

When i first got my little Bully, we all knew that she might have a chance of having breathing problems, due to their short nose. Petplan has been amazing ever since I joined. They are quick to answer all of your questions, if there are things missing for your claims, they get on it right away. I'm writing this review because I truly think they are above and beyond. If you have a pet, please get pet insurance through petplan. Shout out to Mark and John for answering all my questions within 24 hours. You guys are the best! And also everyone at Petplan! :DDDDD Keep it up!

PetPlan was so helpful and quick with the claims process. They are true to their policy and all staff memebers I have dealt with have been very knowledgeable and helpful!

I worked with Katee who really took the time to know who my family and dog were and suggest a policy that not only fit our budget but covered all of the things that we needed in case something were to happen to our dog. She never got short or seemed aggravated by all of our questions and did a great job explaining the differences in policies and prices.

As with other long term policy holders, my premiums will increase and for me it will be by 40%. That's not acceptable but I'm held captive because my little boy has a condition that requires meds and monitoring so I can't go elsewhere. I have praised Petplan to everyone I came across for the 8 years that I've had it. Now I will tell people not to go with them because you can't trust what they will do. And to me, trust is everything. I had heard they were going to increase premium about 6 months ago so I called and was assured that would not be the case. Let's see if I will get a "private message" as other's have from Petplan.

I was a mostly satisfied customer until this contract renewal in 2017. Company changed underwriters and premiums/deductibles went way up. I could almost bank that premium amount in a pet medical savings account each month and come out ahead. I have older pets with pre-existing conditions so change may not be an option for me, but I would if I could!

I have had a great experience with PetPlan for my little puppy girl. I spoke with Blair Gordon, who explained the letter PetPlan recently sent me with my new quote options to update my plan. It is affordable and their service is great. Blair was very helpful and walked me through my options, and was very friendly, too!

Worth every penny! My pup had a cancerous tumor removed to save his life. Clearly it's not a cheap endeavor, but had to be done. My claim got a hung up a few weeks not on Petplan's end, but my vet's end (they misread dates of documentation). I didn't realize it until I spoke with someone at insurance company. The customer service representative, Georgia S., I chatted with, gave me her direct email so she could receive the documentation and expedite my claim to that department, in hopes to resolve a straightforward case. We got our reimbursement checks within days - very much needed! Highly recommend them!!
