Joseph Prater took a very frustrated customer and turned the situation into a positive review! I was trying to upload multiple claim documents and needed to upload more than 4. Neither the App nor the website were helpful. Even the automated phone system was useless! I called back and input incorrect information to get to "a human" and I received warm, caring, apologetic Joe who helped me instantly with all my needs for the current medical claim, as well as some friendly discussion about my dog.
