Spoke with Daniel Griffith today. He was well knowledged on the Pet Plan and was kind, courteous & professional through our conversation. He made the conversation go smoothly with all questions answered. Daniel is true asset to The Pet Plan operation.

Daniel was very helpful with all of my questions and getting me the documents I needed. He was also very empathetic in regards to my pets status. The only suggestion I would like to make is to go back to allowing us to access all of the forms via the app or the website. From an ease and convenience, this is much better.

I was going back and forth call for two weeks. Trying to get my claim settled. Then In 5 minutes he solved the problem.

this is a customer service review - not a company review. I was having trouble with my claim. I uploaded the documentation requested but for some reason they had no record of it. the customer service agent had me email the information to him and stayed on the phone with me until i loacted all of the notes on my computer and flash drives. The entire call took 20 plus minutes and i never felt hurried.

I spoke with Daniel griffin with questions regarding some open claims I had. He was polite, cordial and shown professionalism and eagerness to help me. I am very pleased to know that I can call and find outstanding customer service.

These guys are awful. Their coverage in practical terms covers nothing! You need to have $500 expenses per year, per dog, excluding regular appointments, neutering and only then they would cover your expenses. I have two dogs so it means spending $1,000 per year on top of any regular vet appointments for the insurance to kick in. Of course, some people may not notice that and when they try to cancel things get even shadier: - Their site doesn't give you an option to cancel your plan. You can buy, update your card, and all that stuff but a simple cancel button they don't have. No excuses to pretend that is a hard thing to do. - Live chat sends you in a loop of articles and doesn't let you connect with a real person. - Phone calls keep giving you errors when you select the options and when it recognizes your selection, it tells you to call again during business hours. After going through hell to cancel my plan, I see my credit card charged with another year's worth of charges. Better Business Bureau is filled with customers complaining of them not processing their cancelations and keeping people's money. Stay away from these guys!
