I ordered two packs of clip in extensions and was unhappy with hair quality and the color. Trying to return the items has been frustrating- bordering on impossible. I have emailed their customer service 3 separate times over the course of 5 days… have not had a reply.

So I ordered clip in extensions a couple of weeks ago and I did not receive what the description on the website that I would receive. I received one 5 clip, two 4 clip, two 2 clip and two 1 clip. I was supposed to receive one 4 clip, two 3 clip, two 2 clip and two 1 clip. I have been going back and forth with customer service and she is basically telling me I’m lying. She says the products are weighed before they’re sent out and she wants me to send a pic of what I received. I have send 6 emails with pictures attached and she keeps telling me there is no pictures attached. I cc my other email in the email as well so I can see the pictures are attached. The website says customer service available 24/7 but I don’t get responses for days. I will Never order from this company again!!!!! Horrible customer service! I’d like my money back.

Sales are smooth and easy. If there was re any questions email customer service and they are very in point. Within 48 hrs they will have an answer. I have purchased 4 different types of hair and I personally LOVE each and everyone of them. Product is just amazing. Payment method is affordable and time is fast shipment. Over all 5 Stars for me.

I ordered once before which actually was pretty fast shipping and it wasn't too bad of hair even though it was over $100 and there was probably a little bit of fake hair in it but all in all it still was okay this time around I've ordered and I tried reaching out to customer service many many times and never can I get a reply or even a response to my email I was supposed to have my order before I left town which I'm already back from my trip that I went on and still have not received it in the shipping on it still isn't moved at all still saying that once they received date that I will get an update on it I'm very very upset with customer service they do not have a very good customer service and then the shipping is outrageously too long

For the price these extensions are the best. I had the tape ins until my hair was long enough for the weft. The only complaint I have is sometimes it ships from 2 locations and it is a hassle to get updates.

I bought tape ins for a client. She loved them and they stuck so well…almost too well lol☺️ Quality was perfection!

I really like the hair, although it's not much. The extensions are very thin, and if you have a small head and thinning hair, you can see the clips. Nit a good look. I live the color, but I did purchase the wrong color and getting it replaced has become a a test chore. Returned the hair 3 weeks ago, still haven't received new extensions. Other than that I love this place...
