Dear Lauren, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your loyalty to hair extensions over the years. We would like to offer some insight that we hope may be helpful. Regarding the thickness — with the same weight of hair, longer lengths such as 24 inch will naturally appear finer in comparison to shorter lengths, as the same amount of hair is distributed over a greater distance. To achieve a fuller and more voluminous result, selecting the correct number of packs based on your desired style and density is essential. Regarding the condition of the hair over time — unlike natural hair, extensions are unable to receive nutrients directly from the scalp. As a result, some changes in texture over an extended period of wear are inevitable. This is precisely why extensions require a dedicated and consistent care routine to maintain their quality and appearance for as long as possible. We would very much welcome the opportunity to assist you further and ensure you have the best possible experience with our products. We kindly encourage you to contact us directly at [email protected] or through the Contact Us page on our website, and our team will be happy to investigate and provide further guidance. We truly value your loyalty and sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. We are committed to resolving this to your satisfaction and appreciate your patience as we work to assist you.
