I had a great customer service experience with Good RX. I was at Costco to get my prescriptions and as usual, I showed them my good RX card but the clerk was not finding me; I called Good RX and they took care of everything for me! My agent spoke to the clerk and in 2 minutes, I had my prescriptions and I saved a ton of money!! Kudos Good RX!!!!!

I received a prescription from my dermatologist and had it sent into my pharmacy. I then reviewed the prescription on GoodRx and it provided a price of $46.00. When I arrived at the pharmacy they indicated it would be $90.00. The pharmacist was very helpful and suggested I call GoodRx. In just a few minutes the charge was adjusted to $50.00 based on the generic being used to fill my prescription. We recently lost our medical insurance due to my husband being forced to quit his job of 21 years with Coachman Industries now owned by Forest River, We are in our 60's and I give him a lot of credit to get up and go to work in a factory everyday. I think it was absurd the way said management treated him after maintaining the everyday grind for so many years. But that's not here or there. He is working in another factory but it will be 60 days until we have insurance again and our prescriptions we take are pretty pricey. I had hear of GoodRx and recently a friend told me about the Gold program so I thought I would check it out. It was simple to get on the program and it's very affordable. I was recently laid off from my job. Even with my insurance good RX was so much cheaper. One of my monthly medications that is almost $60 is only $2.94 on good RX. Also calling them you get to speak to an actual human.I recommend this company to anybody even if you do have insurance the co-pay is usually more than the cost of the medication
