I had an issue with the price of a prescription and called GoodRX. They called the pharmacy and called me back to let me know they got the issue resolved.

I had a issue at the pharmacy so I called GoodRx and within 15 minutes they was able to get everything resolved. Very pleased with their services.

I had to call GoodRx about a pricing issue for a prescription that I got. The person I talked to was very friendly and helpful. She listened to my problem and offered to call the pharmacy on my behalf to get answers for me. She called me back and told me what she found out. I would highly recommend using GoodRX.

Having trouble getting my pharmacy to get the lower price so I reached out to Good RX and spoke with Samantha who contacted my pharmacy and cleared up the confusion giving me a great price. She then worked on helping me so I might have a better experience next time. She was so helpful and patient! I can’t thank them enough for helping keep my prescriptions affordable.

Good RX made me feel that I matter. It wasn’t fake it was sincere which matters to me.

The representative was very knowledgeable and found a way to solve my issue. They were very prompt.

I used to trust GoodRX for reduced pricing but the last two times i attempted to use it, the pricing wasn't accepted st the drugstore (ince st Walmart and once at CVS/Target) so i doubt i will ne attempting to use the website going forward.

Goodrx has been a blessing! Without insurance to pay for my Lupus medication, Goodrx has saved me so much money! I’m thankful for goodrx & I wish that everyone who can’t afford to pay for their medication would learn about goodrx! I have helped other friends & family use goodrx to purchase their medication & they were amazed! They thought it was a joke until they actually seen it for themselves.
