The representative was very knowledgeable about my prescriptions and what I wanted.

I went last week to the COSTCO pharmacy in Glen Mills, PA to pick up 3 different refills of my prescriptions. When I showed my coupons from GoodRX the pharmacy assistant took them to the back of the pharmacy. After a while she returned and told me they will not accept any of the coupons because they could not make any make any profits this way. I had to pay the full price, because I needed the refills. I called GoodRX from home and informed the representative what happened to me at COSTCO. I talked to a very friendly lady who was interested in my story. She called the pharmacist herself and received the same reply that I did and will report this to GOODRX headquarters for resolution.

Quite a good experience with GoodRx I was able to save over $300 on one of my prescriptions.

I am a new customer and so I called and talked to a representative. She was awesome in transferring my perscriptions to a new pharmacy that excepts the GoldRX near me.

GoodRx has been nothing short of excellent as a prescription plan. Their customer service is excellent and very helpful to its members. The savings on your prescriptions are excellent. For instance, I pay $5.67 for a medication that cost me $15 under a discount with my previous prescription under my medical insurance at my place of employment. The savings are amazing and the membership is only $5.99 a month. I recently had 2 new prescriptions added on to what I take daily and I pay less than what I paid for my previous 2 prescriptions, monthly premium included.
