Don’t believe the coupon prices: bait and switch!
I looked up my prescription on GoodRx and found I could get it as Rite Aid for $8.90. I gave the prescription to RiteAid along with the coupon, and when I went to pick it up, it was more than $18.00! RiteAid said I’d have to call GoodRx, which I did from the store, and I even allowed the pharmacist to talk to the GoodRx rep on my phone. GoodRx confirmed that the more than $18.00 price was correct, and that their advertised coupon was simply wrong. They would NOT honor their advertised price. Seems like a scam of bait and switch! I wasted time and gas, and walked away without the prescription, which I can get cheaper OUTSIDE of GoodRx.

Hi Steve! We're sorry for hearing about your experience with GoodRx. Because prices are tied to actual cash prices, they can fluctuate from time to time. If your insurance offers a better price, we absolutely recommend using whichever is going to save you the most! Please let us know if we can help you with anything else.
