If you're trying to get a perscription refilled via their online care provider thing, just don't, please, save yourself so much stress and hassle and just go to a regular clinic. you can only reach them via this online messaging thing, and it can take hours and hours for them to get back to you. Since it's not a scheduled thing, you have no idea when they will get back to you. They notify you of new messages via email instead of text, which is super eh, and if you don't get back to their message right away then bam you're waiting hours again for them to reply.

I joined GoodRx to help me save on Rx costs while I am in between jobs, relocating to a different state & without good insurance. The upside was that my Rx were cheaper with GoodRx than they were with my previous insurance. So, I also upgraded my membership to include the discounted doctor visits given that I have thyroid issues and it states on their site that you can use these doctor visits for Rx refills on thyroid medication. What they don't tell you is that this is ONLY if you are taking synthroid!!!! Which, isn't disclosed until you log on to start your visit & start answering questions. I don't take synthroid. So now, my Rx is almost out, I can't use the service I've been paying for, and I'm in a situation where I am going to have to rush to find a new doctor in a new area that is prone to 2-month wait times for doctor appointments & spend way more money than I originally planned. Needless to say, I'm not happy about this. This could've easily been avoided if GoodRx clearly stated exactly what they had to offer upfront instead of implying they handle ALL thyroid medication refills. It's misleading. Had they, I would've known I couldn't use this service & planned accordingly. I could've booked a doctor appointment well in advance to ensure I didn't run out of my medication & set money aside. Now, I'm in a bad situation instead. If you decide to upgrade your membership make sure you get all the details first- call and ask to see if your specific situation & what you will be using it for is applicable. I hate to see anyone else end up in this situation, it's not fun.

I have UTI symptoms with an intermittent low grade temperature. A diagnosis that they advertise to treat on their site. Monika Patel MD from GoodRx telehealth told me to go to Urgent Care she wasn't able to assist me. A low grade temp is a very common symptom of a UTI. I have been an RN for 35 years. She wont prescribe a simple antibiotic to help out on a holiday weekend or the fact I live in rural Missiouri. I will never use this site again its a scam! Avoid MD

one of the worst drawn out experiences I have had. Dont believe "talk to a provider within minutes". I am now on DAY 4 and still have no resolution. Very scattered process. STAY AWAY

I don't know what happened with this site. They have also been helpful and efficient with treatment and getting a prescription but today I have been waiting over 5 hours for a clinician that ask me a couple of questions over a two hour period and then nothing. Waste of money and I will not be using them again.

I just started using GoodRx and already the Gold plan has paid for itself. I saved quite a bit of money on my maintenance drugs. Honestly, I have been hesitant to try GoodRx but after our insurance changed to a higher prescription deductible I decided to give it a try. It is so worth it. In fact, the prices I received are still cheaper than some of my past and current insurance plans. Not only are the prices great, but it also gives you a chance to compare the costs of pharmacies around you. Being able to do this, allowed me to pick the pharmacy with the fairest pricing. The best part, it was hassle-free at the pharmacy. They honored GoodRx pricing with no questions asked. Well worth it!

I spent approximately four hours speaking and or typing to a nurse practitioner and a customer service representative regarding a prescription for generic latisse. The savings isn’t worth the hassle. What a waste of time.

I’ve been using the GoodRx gold for my prescriptions and it does save me a lot of money. I decided to try out the GoodRx Care this morning to get a prescription and it was so fast. I originally tried a different company last week and still haven’t heard from them! GoodRx literally took 10-15 minutes to fill out the info and a nurse practitioner messaged me right away. Whereas this other company took my $15 and disappeared. The pharmacist said the script will cost me more than what GoodRx said but at this point I don’t care. I’ll give them 5 stars for quick service. UPDATE: The pharmacist was wrong on the price and Good Rx had the correct price. I will definitely recommend this service to family and friends. Thank you!
