DO NOT USE GOODRX GOLD MAIL DELIVERY! The basic GoodRx coupons in the app are great and the Gold level savings are even better. But DO NOT do the Gold Mail Order. I spent a ton of time researching the best prices for my scripts and decided on good rx mail based on price and Perceived ease of use. It is anything BUT easy to use, it is a nightmare and now I am having to go thru all the trouble to switch again. So much wasted time. It takes them forever to erify scripts before processing mailing them. It takes forever, if you need a script timely don't do it. Even if you need a refill only DONT DO IT! Constant problems and system errors delay everything. Put in refills and a new script Monday, still not processed, no script in site. A supervisor was not available, shocker, and was told one would call me. It has been 8 hours and no return call, prob dealing with all the other angry customers........ Stay away. UPDATE: I response to GoodRx. This is clearly an automated response from good rx below. No I will not call you, one of your supervisors was supposed to CALL ME. read my recoew.

CVS Does Not honor GOODRx coupon. After rearch, printing physical copy and fuel delivering coupon with Prescription ($70-$77) I returned to get script within 24 hours of ready notice and price was $104.50. That is a 50% increase in GoodRx price less than 48 hours. Total SCAM. CVS blamed GoodRx for changing price. But CVS had the lower original coupon delivered. Total BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM.

I went through sign up, paid the fee, then I had to upload info to identify myself. Picture uploaded fine, but my ID kept failing. From there, I was left with no options - I already paid, I couldn’t finish set up, and there was no help button. I tried messaging them, but no luck.

Total Scam! Do not waste your money or delay getting medical care because you think someone will contact or call you from goodrx care. They take your money and then tell you someone will call within 8 hours but no one ever did despite my sending several messages. Find another service or go to a walk in- this site is a bust.

Never got my perscription medication after I waited a long time for a nurse and after I paid my fee. Their contact center said they could not help me and they didn’t respond to emails. The user experience on their site is terrible. Save your money and use a different service. This is a scam as far as I’m concerned.

paid for a derm consult and provider insisted on prescribing medications that i have previously trialed which resulted in 15 lb weight gain and hyperkalemia…ultimately told by goodrx provider they cannot help with and tx for acne and to follow up with community provider. I then requested contact for customer support and no response.Please save your time and money and avoid these providers as they would rather have you endure known adverse rxn to previously trialed meds like androgen blockers with clinically noted irreversible side effects vs working with you. HUGE WASTE

When enter a med and the inept thing has the SAME price for 24 tabs, 90 tabs, 180 tabs, SINCE the major site destruction underway, that is clearly RIDICULOUS. Almost as fraudulent as a government, and laughable by any pharmacy anywhere. "NOBODY is that stupid" is the common remark at pharmacies where they do not have horrible head injuries, drug abuse, &/or psychopathic issues. MOST pharmacies with people that CAN pass a remedial competency assessment, abjectly refuse illegitimate savings cards/coupons. They use their head and use the pharmacy's savings card,which IS accurate! It consistently works and provides substantial savings. Note: can buy, VERY reasonably, and SMARTLY, high quality, artificial intelligence software that would disembowel the entire site. This is known as "QUALITY CONTROL". ALL responsible for the site destruction, an easy exercise can be VERY educational. REVERSE the paychecks for ALL the time wasted to destroy the former site. This is known as PROBLEM SOLVING.
