I needed meds for a UTI, got cultured and a list of meds that could be used for the exact uti. All Goodrx 3rd party wanted to do is give me Nitro or Bactrim (bactrim was not on the list from Labcorp). When i had an issue, there was nobody else to complain to. For some reason these companies only want to give Nitro or Bactrim as if they are the Mcdonalds french fries of tge pharmacy world. Nitro can be bad for the kidney and I read that Bactrim can cause autoimmune hepatitis. At the very least they could have prescribed ammoxicillIn but they wouldnt.

12/31/25 I REFUSE to edit my review. Good RX has not acknowledged the hours I was available and waited for a response on their message center. After my review, I was informed they would look into my concerns about my hours of waiting for a response via their message center. When i received the 2nd reply, i found they did not even read my concerns or mention the many hours i spent waiting for a response. Their service was a total waste of money as my treatment plan has abruptly ended after I paid their fee and the $199 for medication.

This was a nightmare experience. I waited an hour to be seen. I was very sick and I was pretty sure I had the flu because a friend I spent time with was diagnosed with it. I thought it would be easy to get tamiflu because that's what he got. I was running a fever for 2 days then the cough started. I had chills and headache. I asked for the tamiflu and the doctor said no. She was very hard to understand because of her thick accent and I felt like she didn't understand me fully. She prescribed Montelukast, I had never heard of this. It is an allergy medication. I told her that I think it's what than that and she told me to wait till day 10 to come back if I want feeling better I was so upset. I had to wait to till morning to go to an in person doctor. I don't have insurance and I was hoping that goodrx would be able to fix me up for a small fee instead of paying $180 at MD NOW. I went to mdnow and swabbed my nose and I had the flu. Tamiflu only works if you catch it early, I was at day 3. She wanted me to wait till day 10! WHAT A JOKE. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED ANYONE USE THIS SERVICE. "I also didn't use the goodrx prescription discount because Publix had an in-house discount plan that is better and saved me more money.

I always have my medicine, no running out to the pharmacy, dealing with their hours and lines. I just go to the mailbox and my medicine is there. Super convenient.

Said and claimed you can seek diagnosis and prescription for anxiety and depression through them. After creating account and giving all my personal information they said they do not provide those services!! Liars and stole all my personal information

While I was able to get medication for a UTI quickly here online, I mentioned that when going on antibiotics I will need preventative medication to prevent a yeast infection. When I explained this, the company said that I'd have to do (and subsequently pay for) a separate Yeast infection meeting for that care. However, giving care to prevent a yeast infection when a woman goes on antibiotics is a common enough practice and is normal at most other medical providers that I have seen. I feel this is an important enough issue that I'd be neglecting women everywhere if I don't stand up for them in this matter and implore the company to provide an option for that preventative treatment to women getting UTI care without making them wait until they have symptoms badly enough to create (and pay for) a separate treatment visit. Meaning, by way of having a vagina, I would be asked to not only suffer more discomfort in the form of an unnecessary infection, but also pay more to the company to get treatment for something their prescription caused.
