Went to get prescribed meds by a doctor and paid 49 dollars for it just for them to not call till next day at 6 30 am and when we got another video call setup the doctor started and ended the call in under a minute. Can't even get a refund on services I didn't get. Absolutely a scam

You say: I think this platform can be of tremendous help to people. It’s not too costly, and even for those of us with insurance, this route will often be more affordable, and I’m guessing - though I personally cannot affirm this based on my own experience - just as effective as an in-person meeting. However, I also think that the scope of pathologies for which one of their physicians will make a judgment should be made clear on the site, meaning that all symptoms and associated issues that would necessitate a physical examination (and are therefore untreatable by goodrx physicians) should be made clear and enumerated in advance. I met with a thoughtful and capable doctor, but he seemed aloof and unaware of the conditions that are likely to bring patients to this platform. Telemedicine, by definition, is going to have some blind spots, and unless goodrx can come to terms with this fact, adapt accordingly, and learn to trust their patients, people are going to be dissatisfied and are going to feel duped when they learn that they’re not going to get the antibiotics or corticosteroids or whatever it is that they desperately need to overcome their illness. I feel misled, even though my doctor acted in what I believe to be good faith. I was nevertheless under the assumption, based on what I learned from the website, that my problem could be adequately addressed by way of our teleconference. It became clear seconds into the call that that was not the case and that my concern was going to remain unaddressed. I ended up paying for some simplistic AI slop on an issue I do not have and about which I was already well aware and a recommendation to go exactly where most of us are trying to avoid going: the ER. I still need an appropriate anitibiotic, and I’d still very much like my money back for not having services rendered, unless I’m offered an antibiotic or an opportunity to meet with an other physician. It’s sort of silly to me that antibiotics might be prescribed to me if, for example, I had symptoms consistent with an upper respiratory infection (which clearly is not the same thing has having proof that the symptoms stem from a bacterial infection)), and yet you all act as if a physical exam, imaging, and a culture is absolutely necessary before you’ll risk prescribing me the antibiotic I need. In short, the business presents itself as an online medical clinic but seems closer in character to a pill mill for PDE-5 inhibitors and other important but less pressing meds. Don’t sign up for an appointment if you’re actually ill and need treatment. They’ll likely tell you as, as they told me, to do exactly what I’m trying desperately to avoid by going through goodrx: go to the ER or urgent care and pay a fortune. (And just to be clear: in spite of the tag at the bottom of this assessment suggesting that this was “unprompted,” I was in fact given a link and encouraged to review this company (by the company itself). I’m guessing they disown their prompting to make it look like the bad reviews are motivated by extreme animus and are not characteristic, while the good reviews are motivated by such great experiences that people are actively looking for and seizing the means by which to praise the company. In other words, the bad reviews seem spiteful and vindictive while the good ones appear to be self-driven attempts to evangelize for this company. Nope and nope. We’re responding to a prompt and clicking on a link they provide.)

I have been a Good RX customer and have always had great experiences with the company. Recently, when I had an issue they responded and solved the issue here on trust pilot immediately. I appreciate that they were able to turn this around. I spoke with Jona on the phone and she was exceptional. She was determined to fix the issue and get the problem resolved. My only problem now is when I was having difficulty and not getting a response, I cancelled the program. Unfortunately when you cancel that is it, even though my program doesn't expire until May, customer service says there is no way to go in and update the program to continue. I still give it a 5 due to the fact that once you get through all the initial issues the program is very good. Good RX reached out and resolved all issues - been very happy with the response and service.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, Debi. Using the information you provided, we connected with our Support Team for an update. It appears that the CVS pharmacy needed a doctor authorize the script. Our team will have a doctor to take a look and authorize a script. Someone should be reaching out to you via the message center with details.

Absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. I was on the phone with them for 20 minutes, only for them to keep saying they would put me on hold for 2 minutes and do nothing to help with the problem. It was like talking to a wall. They have people from another country doing customer service who don't understand English clearly, and all they keep saying is, "I'll put you on hold for 2 minutes," and they do nothing to help. This has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. I strongly urge you not to go with this company. And I know they're going to respond to this and say customer service is very important to us; please contact us. That's just their way to make it seem like they care, and they don't.

Waste of money if your trying the wegovy pill. I was approved fairly quickly and responses were prompt for the initial set up. they approved me for 1.5mg. which was in my eyes too low being that i stopped taking the shot at a higher dose and only stopped because i lost my insurance coverage. I asked to start at 4mg. and was told no. Then within 2 weeks i had reached out with concerns and questions and nothing. no response. I then called and left a message with a team member, nothing. till this day I still haven't gotten a call or email back. The amount of money you pay for these medications are high. The least they can do is respond especially when your paying for a membership fee aside from the medication itself.

Scheduled an appointment quickly but that's where the positive experience ended. My provider spent less than 5 mins chatting with me and ended the chat in the middle of our session before we could even agree on a treatment protocol. They said I could continue to message in the chat for a response, but after the provider ended our session it took them FIVE DAYS to get back to me, only for someone to message me with something completely irrelevant. Would not use this platform again. Better off with Amazon RX or literally any other provider.
Response from GoodRxApr 16, 2026
We're sorry your experience was not the best, Lizzy. We would like to investigate this further and will be reaching out through Trustpilot for more information. Please respond at your convenience. Thank you for providing more information, Lizzy. We are connecting with our Support team to have someone follow up with you. We will share an update here, once we have more information. After further review, it appears your appointment ended after your prescription was provided. When visits have ended, any follow up messages are directed to the support chat queue. Due to our chats not being live, our response times can vary. However, our team has forwarded your request to a provider, and will reach out to you via the message center with next steps.
