I went thru contortions to get a refill on a prescription. They totally ignored what I had asked for. I dealt with four different people. A prescription, totally not what I wanted was called in for me to my Pharmacy. After approximately two weeks the pharmacy called this morning to tell me they can't fill prescription because they cannot get in touch with anyone. I will probably be cancelling my Good Rx subscription.

Horrible customer service and bad UI. They do not follow through on promises they made, lose records of patient interactions and data and then tell me "if that had happened we'd see it" (about a previous interaction with them) as if I were lying. And I can't delete my account because I get an error message and when I reached out via email to request account deletion they gave me instructions to delete it...which I told them in the email request didn't work. The only thing they got right was refunding me the monthly service fee since I hadn't used anything, but that was once I called them and was sobbing through the entire conversation. Horrible company, stay away.

If it weren't for Good RX I would have had to pay full price for my medications. It seems having Medicare A & B and Medicaid and also Wellcare Part D, not one of them covers my RX's. Very sad!!!!

It's a great value, and won't have got our medications if I was short on cash. 1 medication was over $800, with GoodRX it only cost me $35.
