Amazing service and medication at a reasonable price!

I have had nothing but disappointments with GoodRx. The website does not show past prescriptions. Just one of 4. The request to auto refill has never been completed. Despite text notifications I am still required to call in every month to refill. I have had orders cancelled without reason. Every time I do call in, no less than 20-30 mins to solve the problem. I have received order incorrect. In one case 10 instead of 30 pills. When called to address, I could not get a refill because it was not the 30 days following even thought he quantity was short. It is as if none one with common sense has set up the company. If I didn't already have all my prescriptions with GoodRx I would have been gone. The savings in costs are not nearly worth the challenges I have had to put up with.

Providers and process are convenient!!

All of your agents and your providers are so friendly and warm and welcoming. I wish I can just have all of my medical issues handled through GoodRx and your medical team provide provider.

Fast and affordable service.

Wanted me to complete a lengthy form to renew prescription. I cancelled it Then auto renewed anyway with out asking and bills 7 times what my doctor ordered it for. Terrible service and price is outrageous
