Absolutely disgusting that I paid for weight loss shots and then came out find out I had to spend another $50 on needles. Asked for a refund and never even got a response. I immediately cancelled my subscription.

I was using good Rx for my Zepbound injections - I got very very tired of having to go in every month before I got a refill and fill out my ENTIRE medical and surgical history and all medications! It was 15 min of time wasted - I have a long med and surg history and having to write them line by line every month was senseless! I had issues sometimes with the website where I also had to re-do them 2-3 times because it wasn’t working properly! I also couldn’t reach the providers easily and several times I added I needed something for nausea when asked online, and I left my pharmacy information also - but nothing was ever called in. I was also paying for this service every month and it wasn’t worth it! I am having my MD internist order it now for free!

Was on Wegovy and didn't know the price DOUBLES when you go up to next dose. I can barely afford it at 150/month Cant do $300/month So I switcheed to another provider whose price never goes up.

Paid for a subscription for weight loss (Wegovy). Most months, there was an issue that I had to resolve myself (get new script from my own provider). Last month before I left GoodRX, then promised to send med; never did. Horrible customer service.

My last consultation with the NP was so thorough. Usually they are quick check ins, a few minutes. She ask solid questions, seemed really engaged, and help me navigate my dosing decision and nausea. It would great if the prescriptions that are sent over had a "self pay notation". I have to call my pharmacy every time so its not delayed, while trying to get insurance approvals/denials.
