I have been wearing my inserts for several months now and really not seeing results. I would recommend going to a foot specialist to get properly fitted for inserts for you and your foot issues. I spent over $2,500 and I am highly dissaponted, so did I really save money?!

The sales people are nice; not medical personnel, so some on what they tell you isn’t true. The inserts are premade(not sized to you), the prices are really high $1000-2000 and product is non-refundable, they don’t tell you that when you pay— they circled on receipt and we didn’t notice until we got to car!

Several years ago I got the three set of insoles from The Good Feet Store. I have worn them religiously. However, whenever I went back in with a concern, I would get a different answer from a different employee. No one was on the same page with how long you wear each particular set. I am 72 and my feet have changed. I don’t know if it’s from age or from the inserts. I will never go back!! The last time was in 2025.

My daughter went to to Good Feet because her foot pain was so severe she wasn’t able to continue walking at her job. They soaked her for $2000 for insoles. She went back because they were not helping. She ended up losing her job because she literally couldn’t walk. She had to go to a foot doctor and is still under care, no relief. I feel like $2000 worthless insoles should have been refunded her money. I called the store about this and the manager basically blamed lack of relief on my daughter waiting too long for help. Then why did you take her $2000 if you knew it wasn’t going to help her. She’s suffering every day. Thank you for your reply. My daughter deserves a refund.
