If I could give this company zero stars I would. I have never felt so scammed in my life. My father passed away a year ago and have been trying to liquidate this account since may of 2022. They do not want to pay out! They keep giving the run around and saying they do not have paper work and then place blame on “another department”. I have made the 12th call and 10th forward of a death certificate, by all platforms possible, and am now being told once they receive it they will “start the process” meanwhile we have lost so much money! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! It’s horrifyingly inefficient to say the least. I believe they are a scam!

So, for some reason, the money was waiting to be shifted to Goldstar for about 1 month. I was called and asked by the Goldstar office to contact the fund distributor ... was sent on a wild goose chase, until after the 4th person and second call, was told that they were waiting for Goldstar. I then called Goldstar and after a few minutes of explaining what I knew, they took it from there. After that, everything worked.

I had some questions about my account, so I called the number for customer support. I talked to a live representative who answered my questions and solved the problem. She was nice, and talked me through the issues.

Slow in resolving issues with other banks and custodians. Difficult phone inquiry system resulting in no one to speak to to resolve problems. Too bureaucratic for a small organization.
