Non responsive customer service. When you do finally has someone to answer, they just apologize but give no information to transfer your account. They threaten you with 150.00 account closing feeand you agree to it and then they try to blame the customer why they cannot transfer your cash to your IRA. They become nasty they are tryi g to help you and refuse to speak with you and hang up. I can only wish they go through what they put customers through. You ask for a supervisor and they are always off and the one on they say they are too busy answering general calls. Bad customer service. They take your money and they will not give it back.

Simple and expedited service overall for IRA rollover and Gold/Silver purchases, in particular, during Q&A with a very patient Nick.

It's been a few years since I bought gold and silver from Goldstar. I got completely ripped off. They charged me double what the gold was worth at the time and years later I still can't recoup the money I spent on it. I should have sued them at that time. I didn't know what I was doing but I followed Glenn Beck's advise. Sorry Glenn but that's the truth!

Payment was on time and for the correct amount.

Horiffic. Unresponsive, poor customer service, and now for the last four days (since Friday, April 7th their phone system is shut off. Their website indicates that system maintenance is taking longer than expected and they expect to be back online today, April 11 2023. All while trying to get them to send me a check for my distribution, which began on March 4. Six weeks ago. I do not recommend this company to anyone -beware of these charlatans.
