GoldrushcityReviews of goldrushcity.com

Absolute trash site. No response from support. I've bought multiple daily tournament packs and won first and still have yet to receive rewards. This platform needs to be shut down they just stealing money from customers its ridiculous that they have been allowed to run this long.

Overall, I really like the selection on Games available on this site, though it is a relatively small collection. The site runs smoothly, and fluidly, though I can not speak to the functionality of the App. Though I am having trouble as far as Document Verification, and Redemption goes. My ID has been been verified, as well as a Bank Statment has been reviewed and a green Check Mark is displayed next to the submitted Document under the Proof of Adress tab. But it still says Documentation Required in Red under that tab as well. My Redemption Request for 100$ has been stuck in Pending Approval for awhile now. Im giving 3 Srars for the Game Selection and Functionality of the website, will update and give more if my Redemption is Approved in a relatively acceptable timeframe. Just incase Customer Support responds to my Review, ill leave my Associated Account Email listed below. GoldRushCity Account Email: Bigmacstackamillion @ gmail.com

i havent won anything

I have been waiting and waiting for my verification to go through so that I can redeem. I have sent email after email asking for a status and all I get is a generic BOT response. I have NEVER had any issues with verification on any other sites. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Customer Service does not exist. Waste of time and money.

This site is a scam. I had won $2,750 on it but they refused to accept my valid ID for days.

Perfect experience !

Impossible to get ahold of someone on support, I have a withdraw pending for months, even after winning a prize on the leaderboard for $125 when I try to redeem it it just says error and goes away, this isn't the first time it's happened. All support does is mark the ticket solved without doing anything. I may just have to contact my bank to get it resolved

I had been verified and bought coins then I have been trying to redeem all week . I got an email saying that my ID document wasn’t saved to my account so I sent via the email they sent me and on the website again as well. It was accepted and I still can’t get a response on my redeem. Just a generic bot FAQ email. I’ve sent probably five today and the lady I checked it’s still pending auth as we speak, and again said it doesn’t have my ID so I uploaded again and sent another email 30 mins ago I sent another email asking how much longer and waiting tomorrow is Thanksgiving so nothing will happen til Friday minimum and I’m definitely feeling scammed. If my Id is good enough to purchase it should be good enough to redeem since the website states that it’s required for both redemption and purchases. maybe i woll get a response on here. Also I purchased a daily tournament package for $7.77 and it shows all my accounts that it was purchased on the 26th but it is not allowing me to use it. It’s showing no reward. Updated today conveniently after posting this I did get my funds even with it being Thanksgiving. I gave two more stars and left it at four only because I still haven’t got the coins for the tournament package I bought yesterday. I’ll update again if it shows up
