Pricing is out of line!

I cant comment on how good a commercial product they create. I can comment on pitiful customer service. I placed my order. The quality control people put a hold on it but didnt tell me. I called multiple times and got very little response. Eventually I was given a different email address to contact - I did this and got no response for 5 days. I collected the results which were acceptable. The second order had simply not been processed. I called and spoke to two different people and was given conflicting information about the completion of the project. I eventually pleaded with them to finish the printing (one single postcard) and was given a pick up time. I arrived after the time and called from the collection point. I called a total of 3 times over a period of 45 minutes while I waited in my car. Each time I was told that someone other than the person answering the phone would respond and each time they didnt. I eventually got angry and said there was no point in offering a pick up service of no-one was going to actually walk out of the building. I believe one of the front desk staff eventually was the one that brought me my printing. I eventually arranged to pick up

I could not be happier with my purchase and I will be sticking with Gold Image printing for as long as it's open.

pricing is good and turn around is even better

Didn’t deliver as promised. Waiting for refund.

I am very disappointed with how my order has been handled. First, I called and the lady on the phone said I could go in person tot all to the designer on site and help me out with the deciding the size/shape or if there’s any image quality imaging issues. I went on site and was told that everything is done online. It’s very challenging to do things on line because everything is limited as to what you can do. I uploaded the design and my order was placed on hold. I called and was put on hold for a while the people have been talking about some terms I don’t understand. They tried to get a hold of the designer but didn’t get an answer. I emailed the designer. I’m not getting any response. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get my order done. I was hoping because of all the stuff that’s happening they can just do the necessary adjustments and let me know. But the lack of communication and follow up is really frustrating, nobody has the time to speak on the phone with multiple middle men. I thought this place is supposed to be about quality, service and quick printing. So far, aside from the nice gentleman on site who respectfully said to do the order online, it’s been a really awful experience.
