We bought the straight backdrop and you have sent us the curve. I need to change it for the straight.

I didn't get my refund after 3 weeks

Had issues coordinating my order and was not able to get response from Support team. Would have selected another company if I knew there would be issues.

Mistake-ridden processes... From wrong sizing to bad proofs, then the right proofs to the actual finished product... Which Didn't Match The Proof! (our brand-specific orange was printed as a soft gold...) Not only that. The original price quoted jumped $100 dollars from the original quote, and I was charged an additional $75 for shipping... Though the website states Free 3 day shipping... I have sent multiple emails and phone calls to have this rectified with no response from Gold Image. Bad experience.

Great communications, except for the website. Still can't figure out what the incrementing 11:20 was for. Timeout for placing the order or time order will be ready. Need to clarify that. Update I'm on the phone with Gold Image now, because two weeks after we canceled a job, they still haven't refunded our payment, after promising to do so several times.

I cant comment on how good a commercial product they create. I can comment on pitiful customer service. I placed my order. The quality control people put a hold on it but didnt tell me. I called multiple times and got very little response. Eventually I was given a different email address to contact - I did this and got no response for 5 days. I collected the results which were acceptable. The second order had simply not been processed. I called and spoke to two different people and was given conflicting information about the completion of the project. I eventually pleaded with them to finish the printing (one single postcard) and was given a pick up time. I arrived after the time and called from the collection point. I called a total of 3 times over a period of 45 minutes while I waited in my car. Each time I was told that someone other than the person answering the phone would respond and each time they didnt. I eventually got angry and said there was no point in offering a pick up service of no-one was going to actually walk out of the building. I believe one of the front desk staff eventually was the one that brought me my printing. I eventually arranged to pick up
