Poor customer service - production rude
I reached out to Gold Image Printing about a print project and from the beginning the first representative that helped me was extremely helpful. I soon learned they just wanted to push me to production all to tell me that my idea of a simple circle foil stamp was too complex for them to complete. All I wanted was a circle gold foil emblem with two letters inside to be embossed in them. The email from Lea in production simply said "production declined." No idea for resolution or other ideas? They then declined to take any of my calls following up on the matter. Overall poor communication and unwilling to provide any type of decent customer service. I am just glad I did not give them any money. Wasted a week of my time. Don't waste your time like I did.
