Probably the best customer service/experience out of any company I've ordered from. I help manage a warehouse so we order from them quite frequently and each time is great.

I reached out to the helpdesk chat with a customization request: I needed to replace “\n” in a QR code with a “tab” to accommodate a specific use case. Within a day, Andrew and his team had created a custom settings code and identified several scanner models that would work with the customization. I ordered one of the recommended models, scanned the settings code they provided, and the scanner now works exactly as I needed it to. I couldn’t be happier with the support and service I received from the team! I also want to mention that I own several ScanAvenger barcode scanners, and they’ve made a significant difference in improving workflows throughout our company. Fantastic products and, most importantly, exceptional customer service!

Scanavenger is a great, affordable scanner that easily works for students and staff in our school library. We like it so much, we have three of them. Customer service is amazing, and shipping times are fast. Highly recommend!
