Gold And Silver OnlineReviews of goldandsilveronline.com

Payment was easy to wire with the best shipping and coin prices I have seen the internet. I will be back.

Gold And Silver Online did exactly what they said they would do. Junk silver priced right and shipped in just a few days. Even shipped in a container, with a return address, that the Post Office itself could not identify as containing something valuable.

I was skeptical at first since this was my first purchase. Checked the other reviews on TrustPilot and they all had great things to say. Eric was really helpful when I called to get some details and once the wire transfer went through, I received the item within 3 days. Good service. Will definitely recommend to others.

Silver shipped within two days of promised date and Eric himself called to let me know there would be a slight delay. The shipment arrived in Alaska less than a week after shipping. We are not used to such outstanding service in Alaska. I am in awe of this service!

If you want a good no hassle place to buy gold or silver, look no father. Quick, easy, and ready for safe pick up at the post office.

This was my first acquisition of bullion, and needless to say, I was anxious. Eric did everything he said he would and eased my anxiety. The shipping is so anonymous that my wife and I really had a good laugh about it when we received the package. G&S Online will be a long time partner for my future purchases. Their communication was great before, during and after my acquisition. Really, I just don't think one could ask for more. On top of that, their "fees" were extremely low and beat every one of the "radio/TV" sellers. No doubt about it, I WILL BE BACK!

Everything worked out great. Had a small hiccup tracking the package, but beyond that, shipping was fast and they followed up on my order. I will say the only thing that doesn't get 5 stars is: Post Office alerted me that there was no insurance on the USPS package. They took great pains to disguise it's contents (Which I like), and it was super taped to avoid tampering. That being said, A signature requirement only means anyone could sign for it, and there was no insurance on the package. I guess I can't be too upset, it arrived on time, but seems like a touch of oversight to not offer the option.

All went smooth, order taking, on time shipping and good products. Customer service is great. 1st Silver purchase, it was a professional experience. Yes, I would purchase again!
