Venkata, I am sorry that you did not appreciate the delay due to payment method. Unfortunately banks do not verify funds and therefore when a check is deposited into our account we have to hold them for 5 business days to ensure funds fully clear into our account. Once you deposited the personal check into our account it started the 5 business day hold period. For faster delivery times pay by wire (1 business day to clear) or ACH (3-4 business days to clear). This customer placed 2 orders on our website and sent multiple emails complaining about the shipping charge. We attempted to explain the reasons for the $9.95 shipping cost (priority 2-3 delivery and insurance) but customer was not happy with this. We feel initially the customer was attempting to coerce us into giving him free shipping on his 2nd order by giving us a 1 star review. When we attempted to call him he would hang up on us or avoid our calls. While we strive to provide the highest level of customer service, unfortunately we are not able to make everyone happy.
