I ordered two different products and was initially told one would be delay. However all product was received at the same time. Kudos to those working on my order. Very smooth and professional activivity.

During the ordering process of my more recent transaction, I was forced to place the operation on "hold". My delay was in excess of 30 minutes. I had not reached the stage requiring submission of credit card info. I so feared that my order had not progressed sufficiently to lock in the price. Much to my relief, the price I had hoped was still in place. Granted, $10. isn't going to break my piggy bank, but it will cover the cost of a 6 pack of Sam Adams ! I am very satisfied in my dealings with G & S Online.

Overall very confident in do business, all items were safely shipped and tracked via USPS and arrived when noted.

the total experience was very good. Even to the return address used which did not let neighbors or the mailman know what what was in the package. The only negative comment I have is that the money was pulled from my account several weeks before product was shipped. Product was as described, well packed and very satisfactory. I will certainly order again.

I've been buying exclusively from APMEX for several years . . . they had the product I wanted (Sunshine Mint 1 oz. rounds) and what I thought were reasonable markups. But when the silver market started taking a dump, and the spot price started edging down to my buy point, their per round markup shot up to $3.29! So I started looking for a better deal . . . and found it at OGAS. Not only was the markup far lower ($1.77 vs. $3.29, per round), but the shipping cost was lower, too ($14.99 vs. $24.99, based on the size of my order). I placed my order on 5/18, faxed in an ACH form on 5/20, and received the USPS delivery notice on 5/31 . . . not too shabby!! I'll be ordering from OGAS again.
