Gold And Silver OnlineReviews of goldandsilveronline.com

I do much of my business online, but being new to buying precious metals, the unknowns about the sellers, the products, the pricing & the payment & shipping processes made me a little apprehensive. I checked out several online vendors & found Gold And Silver Online to have the product I wanted at a competitive price. Communications from G & S O made it clear how payment & delivery would work. These processes are somewhat different the for typical online commerce, but I was advised what to expect & there were no surprises. In fact, when G & S O sent notice of shipment, I was warned to expect the USPS delivery tracking to underestimate the delivery time & this is exactly what happened. I would buy from G & S O again & can recommend the company to others interested in precious metals.

I recommend Gold and Silver Online as one of the easiest ways to obtain gold and silver. The cost is reasonable and service is always great.

The service and delivery were perfect. I have no complaints here...a small improvement would be to have more correspondence with the customer. Let the customer know their payment was accepted and when it is expected to ship followed up with an email when it finally does.

Easy website to navigate, good selection of silver coins and rounds and gold coins. Very pleased with my purchase, will purchase more from these folks again, good pricing.

i ordered five silver coins but when i received by packet, i found there were only four silver coins. then i contacted the department concerned who told me that he will review my order and thereafter, he told me that he had gone through the videography of my order and admitted that four silver coins were sent and he also promised me that he will send me remaining(one) silver coin. today i.e. june 14,2013, my wife told me that one postal employee had come with a packet and was demanding twenty dollars for delivering my packet and my wife told him that her husband is not at home and told him to come later on. now i want to know that am i supposed to pay postal fee of twenty dollars for no fault of mine. please advise me what should i do. i am not satisfied with your services.

I am a return customer because the pricing and the customer service on the phone makes the deal worth purchasing. deliveries come in plain box, confidential.

Great place to buy silver at the best price around.

Nothing much to say- all went exactly as it was supposed to! Good communication throughout transaction.
