I have ordered an iPad keyboard from the UK. I have had no acknowledgement of the order neither an indicative delivery date. I have now emailed them three times and had no reply. I’m getting nervous... having read all these dreadful reviews... I’m getting worried. I think I’ll contact the Better Business people at the US Embassy in London to see what they know.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY. Faulty products that they are refusing to refund me. Don’t lose out on your money.

I have been dealing with them since April. The first iPad case I ordered was the wrong size even though I used their specs for ordering. Reordered the correct sizes. One was very generic and my husband didn’t like it. The other was way to heavy. At the time that I made the first contact, they did not have a US return address. I could not afford to pay $100 tp ship to China. They contacted me in June with the US return address and only costed me $20. They received all three items on June 25th and was signed for by C Gopay. I finally received a response to my emails on July 13 and was told I would be receiving a refund and someone else would reach out to me. I have received no response since then. All my emails have gone unanswered. I am not out over $400. I have missed the time frame to dispute with my credit card. I do not recommend them to anyone.

My enquiry was dealt with very quickly and efficiently and the problem was resolved. Excellent service 2 years after I had bought the keyboard.

I first wrote to Gold&Cherry on October 23rd 2019 when my newly arrived iPad mini keyboard kept its charge for only a little over an hour (I had charged it according to their advice). I was asked for what kind of charger I used (theirs), did I use a wall socket(yes), could I please send a video how I type with it. (No, didn't send a video of me typing as that would not have clarified the problem in any way). When I wrote to them, they suggested I buy another one with discount as the postage for returning it would be so expensive for me. Did not agree to this. I sent it back for repairs in January. It arrived in China but was never picked up from the customs though they sent notifications to the postal address where the package was sent to - they gave me the return address by email. (I know this because I put an international search for the package through Finnish postal services and they confirmed it was not picked up). The package was sent pack to Finland in April as no one came for it and I still haven't received it. Nor do I do anything with it if it ever returns - I have no use for a keyboard with a battery that does not work. I have received 21 replies to my inquiries by email so far "let me check my supervisors". Still nothing and now it is August 13th 2020. I have to say I have never had such bad customer service. Will never buy from them again and will warn everyone I know of them. And I don't know if it is possible even to get my money back from the credit card company as it has been almost a year since I bought it. I will try. I am so done with this company.

I ordered a new keyboard with track pad fir my iPad Pro I waited ages for its delivery When I set it up the G&H keys did not work and the back space and forward space also do not work I was asked to reconnect the keyboard with my ipad : this did not work They asked me again Still it did not work I was asked to send a video showing what happens I sent a video I was asked to send the same video again saying they did not understand what is happening I send them a full description what was happening They ignored this and have asked fir a video again so I’ve sent them now a very clear video where they cannot mistake what is wrong and I await a response Customer service is appalling we often go a week to 10 days before I get a response It’s probably time to stop the payment on the credit card if a positive response is not received to thus video I have sent today I recommend don’t buy from them as a new keyboard should not be faulty They seem to not want to deal with my fault!

Had trouble getting my keyboard to pair with my iPad. Sent an email and received a very quick response with excellent directions. It resolved my problem perfectly.

Very quick and efficient customer service. My case/keyboard arrived and the WiFi was not connecting — the technician sent me a clear and well written link that resolved the issue...much better than the tiny pamphlet that comes with the device.
