Gold and CherryReviews of goldandcherry.com

What made my experience great was the customer service, Everytime i had a question they did not hesitate to answer and assist. this is a trusted company and all there product are made of quality material you can use for years to come. I ordered a pink/black iPad case and it is much more beautiful in person. Thank you gold and Cherry!

The case (my second one) did not fit my new iPad. I returned it. After the suggestion was made, I put the refund on hold pending the new case becoming available. It's taking a little longer to have the finished product, so I eventually asked for a refund and the support team were very responsive and timely.

Customer service was very quick in responding to my issues. I had an issue with m on/off button not working properly. They quickly sent me a replacement. The replacement is working perfectly. Plus my mouse and pen are also working great.

Amazing company and products. Customer service is phenomenal. Very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Gold & Cherry.

Rapid response, by a real person. Who quickly escalated the problem for technical evaluation. Quick confirmation that they problem required product replacement. Received the replacement quickly , and am back up in running - the Gold & Cherry keyboard is a major tool in my daily life. When it didn’t work, I couldn’t work. Now its back, and I’m happy .

I just received my third Gold and cherry keyboard case! I had one for several years that I used on my smaller Ipad. When I upgraded to a 12.9 about 3 years ago, without hesitation, I bought another one. In the last month my keyboard began acting oddly. Customer support responded to my request by giving me instructions for resetting and reconnecting. While this worked for a few days, the problem began again (the “b” key would not work, the trackpad would not turn off, then, randomly the “b” would enter itself without hitting the key. Unfortunately it could not be repaired. The kind representative offered me a replacement and a discount which I accepted because regardless of this problem, this is still the best keyboard I have used. Just fyi, I bought and returned 3 others prior to choosing the keyboard for my first Ipad. I recommend that you buy this keyboard without any doubts!!!

My exchange was so easy and my company contact so helpful as I anticipate my new IPad keyboard/touchpad/swivel case in RoseGold….the color of LOVE💖🤩THANKS AGAIN 🤗

I received my initial delivery, but was missing one item. I contacted the support email and received a quick pleasant reply. The missing item was immediately rectified. Great care and service after the sale!
