You all should have stop the payment process until you had enough case to supply for people payment. They want give me my case and stylus pen is there any illegal action I can take I want to sue this company. I don't mind waiting but this is outrageous please choose from these options and I would appreciate it thank you for responding but this is poor management on the company. I won't get my case until next year if I have to wait another three months close enough to next year. I want my money back or can I sue this company for not supplying me my dark pink case with the design. The company is a scam they blocked me on facebook for speaking the truth and they only contacted me through instagram they responded too my email but it’s clear I’m not getting what I paid for. I have waited I have reached out on all platforms I even called. It’s now April 6, 2025 and I order my case in February

I want to post a good review but I just cannot. The product (purchased in December 2023) has separated at the corner where you would hold it to push the top open. We’ve used it for less than 4 months. Customer service email responses do not even try to acknowledge the issue. They simply said it would cost too much to ship and fix and offered to send me a new one for half price…plus shipping. The caveat, the half price fee is $60 more than I payed for it in December and my December payment included shipping. In an effort to be reasonable (even though I fully believe they should replace it without cost and because the product itself is beautiful and worked perfectly right up until the issue with the separation) I offered to pay half the cost I paid in December. The response email informed me their costs have increased. And that was all it said. Their customer service is terrible.

I ordered and received the Magnetic 360 Swivel Keyboard + trackpad case for the iPad mini 6. I was disappointed in the unit because the trackpad is an unnecessary feature that requires that the keyboard itself have keys that are too small and key placement that is not standard. I am sure that the trackpad is great for full size iPads, but for the Mini6 I wish that Gold & Cherry would abandon the trackpad and simply use the same keyboard it has for the earlier iPad models. If they did that, i would give the unit 5 stars, but as currently designed it is virtually unuseable.

Not really satisfied with the product. Ready to ask for permission to return item.

The ipad keyboard case will not power on making it basically useless.

Got one part of my order but I'm still waiting for the iPad keyboards, and my emails to the customer support have not gotten any results. Ordered a laptop desk and that came right away and is great, but STILL waiting for the 2 iPad keyboards I ordered- 3 weeks later.

Looks like a nice pencil/styles except for the fact that it doesn't work for my iPad Pro 9.7 inch. I swear I looked and looked on the website to make sure it was the correct one before ordering but when it came the instructions pamphlet said it would not work and by golly it doesn't. Now I'm gonna have to try to sell it on eBay I guess.
