Disappointing quality
Disappointing quality, the website leads you to believe their products are of a high standard. But it looks like a generic keyboard, flimsy and looks cheap. Update - Company has responded to my review, thank you to them for taking the time to give their thoughts. However I stand by my original review. It is not that lack of features but lack of quality that disappointed me. I would recommend Zagg keyboards, cost more but excellent quality and design.

Hello ben . we took the liberty to look into your complaint since it does not match with other user experience reported in the past. ❤️ 🍒 we noticed you took the cheapest basic case on our site, from our 2018 basic models clearance sale for your old ipad mini , that is a basic $49.90 model that have no backlights and no other features the new models you were impressed with have. we can only recommend you would go for a newer model from our premium line , they come with trackpad / mouse support , Full keys backlights and more.. they might cost more as well but you get what you pay for ❤️ 🍒 here is a link to the new models list https://goldandcherry.com/collections/sc

Excellent Customer Service
I was a little sceptical ordering from this company as I came across it on the internet, but I went ahead and ordered, My delivery took a little longer to arrive, but It was not the company's fault, apparently it arrived in the country and Royal mail was the problem. Gold and Cherry responded immediately to my query and were very helpful. I would order again from this Company and definitely recommend. Thank you Gold and Cherry.

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish, keys fell off and stopped working, battery failed after 10 months, customer service non existent. they ask lots of questions then say there is nothing they can do. Steer well clear of this nightmare.

As you may know per our terms of service we ask for evidence supporting your issue so we can offer you the resolution per our terms of warranty and offer a fix or a fair discount to buy a new item. ❤️ 🍒

They have my money, I dont have any goods.
Wish i had looked at Trustpilot before ordering. The poorest customer service i have ever experienced. Delivery was meant to be by DHL Express courier in 4-8 business days, instead they chose to send by China Post / Royal Mail which as of today the goods are still in China for an order placed 15th November. All they tell me when they do bother to answer is a pack of lies.

Hello we are sorry that DHL where not available for shipment to the UK during the time of your order since the covid19 outbreak took place in your country. as you probably seen on your bank account and from emails with us we already refunded you the DHL costs . When I first placed the order my card…
When I first placed the order my card was denied by my bank for unknown reasons. They were quickly able to answer my questions and move the order along. Great job.

Worst mistake I ever made
Worst mistake I ever made. Worked great for a few months now every time I put m IPad Pro in the case the sound just keeps recycling took my IPad out and it works fine. I made sure everything was charged. Don’t buy it.

not sure we can understand the issue can you explain what does it mean "sound just keeps recycling" of course you are welcome to email [email protected] a short vid about it and we have a specialist look into it. giving 1 star review really hurt us and its unfair if you used it for a few month and enjoyed it you should give us a chance to fix the issue before slamming us online... ❤️ 🍒
