I purchased the keyboard with case in January, 2021. Upon arrival I charged the case, then put my iPad in it. At this point, my home WiFi went out. Not knowing at the time that it was the G & C case, I fixed the WiFi and went on about my business. About three hours later, I decided to try again and the same thing happened. It was at this time, I realized that it was the case from G & C again! I’ve tried contacting G & C and have never heard back from them. I would love to get my $200+ refunded! Do Not Buy!

I ordered an iPad case. Wouldn’t reply confirming when order would arrive although the The 14 day warranty for returns finishes in a few days!

I just ordered a keyboard and a mouse. The day I received the keyboard opened the cover to the box and could tell it was cheap.I immediately emailed for a RMA number and finally got it. Mailed it back promptly and sent them a tracking number. It was suppose to make it back in 3 days but since COVID took a bit longer. I got a email saying they were refunding my money and showed the full price but when I checked my statement only refunded half. This email was sent on morning of the 17th and they didn’t get it delivered to them till the 18th so they didn’t have time to look at the return.The mouse got delivered to me damaged and I sent pictures to show them sent back promptly and same only refunded half my money. Their customer service is awful. They either ignore your emails or take forever to response. Don’t buy from this company. They will take your money.Of course they post all positive reviews on their site. Hopefully I will hear from them and then if they make good I will def.update my review.I wouldn’t give them any stars but had to pick one. Turned it over to my credit card company. If it was Pay Pal they took for payment they wouldn’t get away with ripping people off.

Unfortunately these products are a waste of money. The case looks good and solid but it is internally where the problems are and you can’t see it until it’s too late. The keyboard worked for about 5 months and then the keys wouldn’t work and a reset was unavailable because of this. Multiple emails were eventually returned with lame excuses and only an offer of a 50% discount on a new one, totally unacceptable. They will gladly take your money but when things go wrong, and they will, you will get no support. There are other similar products out there that may be better, save your money and shop elsewhere. Reading through other reviews, this is common.

My recommendation? Never, never buy from GoldandCherry (GC). They sent me a severely malperforming iPad mini keyboard. Keys do not correspond to correct letters. Then they refused to pay for return postage. No reputable manufacturer does that. To date no refund. Avoid CC at all costs. Paul Kimball, Ximxbury, Ct.

Received gift of the Flexbook 6 in 1 swivel keyboard case in early Sept 2020. It's used infrequently-- few times a week, not daily, and never travels. I really liked it, but the keys in the middle row keyboard stopped functioning early Jan 2021. Gold and Cherry was slow to reply to my online request for warranty support re repair or replacement. G &C has slow walked three emails. After one month and a video sent as requested, I have no resolution. The warranty appears to be false advertising and company support is not timely, helpful nor specifically informational. Do not purchase expecting any warranty at all. Four months of very incidental usage is unacceptable. Nice concept. Poor product and support behind what they sell.

Order number-40915. Paid for expedited shipping but almost two weeks to arrive. Won’t refund shipping charge. Got the product and saw that it was a very poor Chinese product. Customer service does not respond. I sent the product back and they kept 50% of my money because of the open box. How can you check out the product without opening the box. Product was not used. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They don’t care. DON’T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS POORLY RUN COMPANY!!

Don’t do it! I spent $130 on a swivel iPad case for my 7th generation iPad, they sent me a completely different case and refuse to give me a refund. All I was offered was 50% off the right case. Save your money and buy the same thing from somewhere else!
