After receiving my hub, it didn't appear to be working as I expected. A email to support quickly solved my problem and now it works as advertised. Support was very helpful with a number of suggestions. It turned out to be user error.

Even though my query must have seemed so simple to you guys, it isn’t always so simple for us non-technical people but you didn’t give up on me and I really appreciate that. I highly recommend Gold & Cherry to anyone looking for top quality IPad accessories that look good and work well, but on top of that the Gold & Cherry support team are fantastic.

I find when something electronic doesn't work it is usually user error in MY case. This was true, I love the case for my Ipad with the tracker but it seemed to keep getting un-linked with blue tooth so I emailed customer service who got back to me really fast! I hadn't originally charged it long enough and they gave me instructions and now it works perfect. I love the produce and love the service! Kristine

This keyboard solved my problem. The only downside was the shipping process. However, customer service solved the problem. This is a great product.

I ordered a keyboard case for an iPad, which arrived with the wrong charging cord. I emailed Gold and Cherry and asked if they could ship the correct cord. They asked for a photo of the cord that came with it, which I did, and they are sending me the proper cord. So far, good customer service.

Awful customer service. They literally just ignore your emails about a refund or they just simply send a link to their FAQ page about returns. Which does you no help seeing that it just says "email us for an RMA number." I've requested an RMA number at least 7 times. They sure answered quickly when I was making the purchase though. Contacting my bank and reporting this company as fraudulent. AVOID THEM.

Ordered a unit for my new IPad, order placed 9 November as of 5 January it still has not been delivere, there seems to be an attitude of we don’t care at Gold and Cherry. I would not purchase from this company .

Enjoying my keyboard. Had issues with the characters not matching what I was typing. I wrote to the company and recieved a quick response. They gave me the steps to take to get it working and now I can type away.
