I had a dispute about a refund that was offered online that the site would not allow me. An item was offered for $49.00 online, yet it showed of as $69.00 when I went to pay. I loved my G&C keyboard case for my IPad, it basically made my laptop obsolete when traveling, so easy to use. However, one morning I spilled coffee on it and a few of the keys didn't work. I contacted support, knowing that the coffee mishap was on me and I probably didn't have any hope of replacing it without buying another.
